Pilates Flow
Dynamic Movement & Mindful Strength 
Find your rhythm in our Pilates Flow class. This session focuses on developing your Pilates skills and is the next step after our Intro classes. In Flow, you'll work on seamless transitions and building physical endurance through continuous movement, balance and coordination skills, all to help strengthen your mind-body connection. By continuing to learn Pilates exercises you will develop functional strength, enhanced flexibility, and a balanced body.

What to Expect:
Fluid Sequences: A continuous workout that moves through various planes of motion to keep the heart rate elevated and the muscles engaged. Movement in various planes of motions, on the knees, laying, side positions and standing work.
Small Group Focus: With a strict limit of 6 participants, you get the energy of a group setting with the benefit of personalized corrections from your instructor.
Full-Body Conditioning: Target the deep stabilizing muscles of the core while focusing on your breath and movement.

Who is this for? 
This class is perfect for those who have a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals and are looking for a more rhythmic, movement-based challenge. 
Level: Foundations (Modifications provided, but a basic knowledge of the Pilates apparatus is recommended).
