Discover a new dimension of movement in our Barrel & Mat Fusion class. This session blends the precision of traditional Pilates Mat work with the unique support of the Pilates Barrel (Arc). By utilizing the Barrel’s curved surface, you will experience deeper spinal decompression and a greater range of motion, allowing for a workout that feels both challenging and incredibly restorative. 

What to Expect: 
Enhanced Mat Work: Use the Barrel to assist or challenge classic Mat exercises. It provides feedback for better alignment while adding a layer of resistance to your core work. 
Spinal Health & Flexibility: Focus on "opening" the body. The Barrel is world-renowned for its ability to improve posture, stretch the hip flexors, and increase flexibility in the spine and shoulders. 
Flowing Transitions: A rhythmic class that moves seamlessly between the floor and the barrel, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling "taller" and more energized. 
Who is this for? 
With space for up to 12 participants, this class is ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture or those who find traditional Mat work challenging on the back. It is a fantastic option for desk-bound professionals needing to reverse "hunching" or seasoned practitioners looking to refine their form. 
Level: Open Level. The Barrel provides excellent support for beginners while offering advanced practitioners a way to deepen their stretches and core engagement.
