Introduction to the Reformer
Build Your Foundation
New to Pilates or curious about the machine? Our Introduction to the Reformer class is the perfect starting point. This session is dedicated to teaching you the fundamentals of the Pilates Reformer in a supportive, slow-paced environment. You will learn how to set up your equipment, handle the resistance springs safely, and execute foundational movements that form the core of a Pilates practice.

What to Expect:
Equipment Essentials: Learn the "anatomy" of the Reformer, from adjusting the headrest and footbar to understanding how spring tension changes your workout.
Core Fundamentals: We focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and "neutral spine" to ensure you are moving effectively and safely.
Small-Group Coaching: With a limit of 6 students, our instructor can provide hands-on guidance and personalized adjustments to ensure you feel confident on the carriage.
Who is this for?
This class is specifically designed for absolute beginners. No prior Pilates experience is required. It is also an excellent refresher for anyone returning to Pilates after a long break who wants to revisit the basics of machine safety and form.
Goal: To move from "how does this work?" to "I feel strong and confident" in just 50 minutes.
