Pilates Flow

Find your rhythm in our Pilates Flow class. This session focuses on seamless transitions and continuous movement to build heat, improve cardiovascular health, and deepen your mind-body connection. By linking classic Pilates exercises into a fluid sequence, you will develop functional strength, enhanced flexibility, and a balanced body.
What to Expect:
Fluid Sequences: A continuous workout that moves through various planes of motion to keep the heart rate elevated and the muscles engaged.
Small Group Focus: With a strict limit of 6 participants, you get the energy of a group setting with the benefit of personalized corrections from your instructor.
Full-Body Conditioning: Target the deep stabilizing muscles of the core while lengthening and strengthening the arms and legs.
Who is this for?
This class is perfect for those who have a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals and are looking for a more rhythmic, movement-based challenge.
Level: Intermediate (Modifications provided, but a basic knowledge of the Pilates apparatus is recommended).
