Transform your physique with Reformer Sculpt, a dynamic fusion of Barre-inspired movements and the mechanical resistance of the Pilates Reformer. This class takes the best of both worlds: the high-repetition, muscle-exhausting pulses of Barre and the deep, stabilizing core work of Pilates. Designed to sculpt lean muscle while improving posture and flexibility, this session is as challenging as it is rewarding. 
What to Expect: 
The "Barre" Burn: Integrate small, isometric pulses and rhythmic movements using the Reformer’s footbar or standing platform to target the glutes, thighs, and arms. 
Controlled Resistance: Utilize the Reformer springs to add a layer of challenge to traditional Barre exercises, ensuring every movement is supported yet intense. 
Small Group Energy: Limited to 6 participants, you’ll benefit from a high-energy group atmosphere while receiving the individual form corrections necessary to keep your movements precise and effective. 
Who is this for? 
This class is ideal for those who enjoy a faster pace and want to focus on "toning" and muscular endurance. If you love the technicality of Pilates but crave that signature Barre muscle fatigue, this is the class for you. 
Note: We recommend having a few Reformer classes under your belt before jumping into Sculpt. Please bring your grip socks!
