Slow Flow
(Pre & Post-Natal Friendly)
Gentle Strength & Mindful Connection
Nurture your body with our Slow Flow Reformer session. This class is intentionally paced to focus on controlled movement and soothing stretches. Designed to be safe and effective for all stages of life, we prioritize stability and comfort while maintaining the core-led benefits of the Pilates method. This class would be suitable if you are rehabbing from an injury, or are just starting your Pilates journey or want to work the exercises slowly to absorb them better.
What to Expect:
Adaptive Movement: We utilize the Reformer’s adjustable resistance and supportive carriage to accommodate changing bodies, ensuring a workout that feels good and stays safe.
Specialized Focus: Emphasis is placed on diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic stability, and maintaining functional strength in the back and glutes to support postural changes.
Intimate Environment: Limited to 6 participants, this small group allows our instructors to provide the necessary modifications (such as using wedges or adjusting spring tension) tailored to your specific needs.
Who is this for?
This class is open to anyone looking for a more deliberate, restorative pace. It is specifically curated for clients looking to stay active safely.
Note: We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing. Please inform your instructor of your current stage of pregnancy or recovery before the session begins.
