While maintaining the core-centric focus of Pilates, this class introduces higher-intensity movements and slower, more deliberate repetitions to challenge your physical limits.
What to Expect:
Resistance-Based Work: Utilize the Reformer, weights, and resistance bands to create "time under tension," helping to sculpt lean muscle and improve overall power.
Progressive Loading: Exercises are layered to ensure you are consistently challenged, focusing on functional movements that translate to daily life.
Personalized Supervision: Limited to just 6 participants, this class ensures you receive the individual attention necessary to lift and move with perfect form, preventing injury and maximizing results.
