Reformer Fusion
Stability & Strength
Elevate your practice in this high-energy fusion class. By integrating the Suspension Trainer with the Pilates Reformer, we bridge the gap between traditional Pilates and functional athletic training. The suspension straps add a unique element of instability, forcing your deep stabilizing muscles to work harder, while the Reformer provides the resistance and alignment needed for a balanced workout.

What to Expect:
Suspended Strength: Use the suspension straps to perform standing work, legwork, and jumping that challenges your balance and proprioception in ways the Reformer alone cannot.
Integrated Sequences: Seamlessly move between the carriage and the floor, using the straps to intensify core engagement and improve upper-body pull strength.
Small-Group Intensity: With only 6 participants, you’ll receive the coaching necessary to master the suspension straps safely, ensuring proper joint alignment and maximum muscle recruitment. Who is this for?
This class is perfect for those looking to "mix-up" their Pilates routine. It is ideal for participants who enjoy improving their functional strength for sports or daily life.
Level:  Beginner. We recommend having a foundation on the Reformer before joining this fusion class to ensure you can transition between the two modalities with confidence.
