The Full Studio Experience with the contemporary movement. This 60-minute Private Session utilizes the three pillars of the Pilates studio, the Reformer, the Tower, and the Chair. By combining these diverse pieces of equipment, we provide a multi-dimensional workout that addresses your body’s needs from every angle, ensuring no muscle group is left untouched.

The Reformer: Build core-led strength and eccentric muscle length using the signature gliding carriage and spring resistance. 
The Tower: Focus on spinal articulation, limb symmetricality, and deep stretching with the assist of the push-through and roll-back bars. 
The Chair: Challenge your balance, stability, and functional power. The Chair is the ultimate tool for identifying and correcting muscular imbalances.
